Shipping

Items are shipped from our facility within 3 to 4 bsuiness days via USPS for standards shipping. Express USPS shipping ships within 1-2 business days. Express orders placed after 11:59PM Thursday will not ship until Monday. Business days are Monday-Friday. Allow extra time for delivery during holidays. We do not control carriers and are not responsible for carrier delays. 

Pick-up

In store pick-up is available at our Eastpointe location Thursday-Saturday during store hours. Pick up orders are ready the same day during store hours Thursday-Saturday. All orders placed Sunday-Wednesday will be ready Thursday. Bring your confirmation and photo ID.

You will receive a text or email when your order is ready for pick-up at our Eastpointe location. Please pick-up your order after receiving your pick-up ready text or email within 30 days. If we do not receive and email, contact the boutique. If your purchase is not picked up on the 33rd day we will restock the item. No store credit or refund will be offered.
