Online Purchase Returns and Exchanges

 


Absolutely no refunds. ***Wigs are final sale no exchanges***

Send exchange request to customerservice@arielsvintageboutique.com include photos of the item you would like to exchange. We will respond within 72 hours. Request be sent within 14 days of delivery or pick-up.

Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items will be accepted

Product tags must be attached and items must be free from any signs of wear such as:

Stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair

Almost everything is eligible for return except sale items, bodysuits, shapewear, and jewelry.

We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition. No refunds. 


Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until your return or exchange is processed.   


Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed. If an item us unavailable we will offer a store credit.

Please pick-up your order after receiving your pick-up ready text or email within 30 days. If we do not recieve and email contact the boutique by email. If your purchase is not picked up on the 33rd day we will restock the item. No store credit or refund will be offered.
